Carpentry Site Foreman
Looking for a change of scene? We’re looking for a trade qualified carpentry Site Foreman to work on architectural residential builds.
We are looking for an applicant who
• Has an excellent working knowledge of carpentry, construction and the industry
• Has sound knowledge of building practice, specifically residential
• Is able to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Is able to understand written and verbal instructions
• Is able to manage staff, and work well with their supervisor and team
• Is self motivated and has high attention to detail
• Has experience in delivering high quality architectural building projects
• Has Hill Site Experience
• Has a good knowledge of Health & Safety
A current carpentry LBP licence is essential, as well as a clean, valid Class 1 Drivers Licence.

Quantity Surveyor
We’re expanding our QS Team and need a qualified Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of projects. Our work environment covers everything from new residential, commercial, shop fitting, and renovation to demolition.
This role will cover all aspects of the Quantity Surveying environment including plan and specification interpretation and analysis, cost estimation and analysis, allocation of work to subcontractors, variation management through to progress claims and final reports.
To score this role you will;
• Have a relevant QS qualification with min 5 years experience
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be computer literate in spreadsheets, MS Project and estimating software
• Understand drawings, schedules and subcontract costs
• Be skilled in tender document preparation and presentation
• Be able to work all aspects of a project from QS, through to variations and final accounts.
