Only thorough investigation will find the cause and lead to the solution.

The non-invasive inspection method is non-destructive and allows the opportunity to determine immediate action areas and others that are able to be attended at a later date.  Non-invasive investigation allows a time plan to be arranged to fit in with factors such as the season, your budget and not forgetting convenience.

Non-invasive technology to  identify the cause and the source of leaks, moisture build up, and mould growth requires various methods, such as flood testing, infrared thermal detection and sensitive moisture meters coupled with trained and experienced technicians. Once the defects have been discovered,  a detailed report of findings is compiled with a comprehensive estimate to perform the remedial repairs.

Unlike sick people, sick buildings can’t tell us what hurts. Building iinspections are necessary to determine the cause of the damage, its extent within the building system, and what it will take to fix it. Building investigations help determine what components are contributing factors to the problem.

Call Whyte Construction today to put your mind rest by arranging an all important Non Invasive Buiding Inspection.

Eterpan MD - A fibre cement board which is a mixture of cement, natural mineral and organic fibres and selected mineral fillers produced by an advanced ‘flow on’ process which delivers: more uniform longitudinal and transverse strengths, high delamination strength with fewer layers, a flat surface and sharp and crisp cut edges.
Overcladd - A system of extruded aluminium profiles forming a framework for cladding new and existing buildings. Profiles provide a 40mm deep cavity with venting, drainage and compartmentation at every horizontal joint. They are structurally designed and proven under high wind loads and seismic conditions. The fixing system accommodates out of tolerance construction and allows for the construction of complex shapes.
