Archimetrix has been involved in extensive EQR site assessments with site & safety training & also process meetings with the council. Our practice, is a small team, however we have it sorted! Smaller and smarter means more thoughtful design.The integration of materials while collaborating more with the outdoors, embracing smarter use of technology to improve quality while keeping the building footprint in check. We believe homes built for a human scale, are the smarter way to build, they are both efficient and beautiful and Christchurch needs more homes like this. |

We have also been lucky enough to have worked on some amazing projects such as Christchurch’s Discovery School and a just completed 5 level motel complex within Christchurch’s central city, as well as some great residential homes. We have collaborated with some fantastic clients who care about the impact on their environment. We design, build and create beautiful spaces for them, we argue with council for them, we push boundaries with contractors for them, we even work with insurance and EQC for them. While we continue to work on ways to make the process easier, in this environment of the ‘new normal’ there are still challenges but we care and we will work hard to make your project a success. |
