Looking for a change of scene? We’re looking for trade certified carpenters for a January onwards start to work on home and commercial repairs, new high end houses, shop fit-outs and light commercial.

If you’re
- A qualified Carpenter or an experienced Foreman
- Honest & reliable with own transport and tools
- Self motivated with good attention to detail
- And have the ability to work with minimal supervision

We want to talk to you. We offer competitive hourly rates dependant on experience and a current site safe passport & LPB would be of benefit.

Quantity Surveyor

We’re expanding our QS Team and need a qualified Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of projects. Our work environment covers everything from new Residential, commercial, shop fitting, and renovation to demolition.
This role will cover all aspects of the Quantity Surveying environment including plan and specification interpretation and analysis, cost estimation and analysis, allocation of work to subcontractors, variation management through to progress claims and final reports.

To score this role you’ll;
• Have a relevant QS qualification with min 5 years experience
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be computer literate in spreadsheets, MS Project and estimating software
• Understand drawings, schedules and subcontract costs
• Be skilled in tender document preparation and presentation
• Be able to work all aspects of a project from QS, through to variations and final accounts.
