Carpentry Site Foreperson
We are currently looking for a trade qualified carpentry Site Foreperson with an eye for detail to work on a variety of different construction builds including, New Builds, Architectural Builds in both residential and commercial, as well as residential and commercial renovations.
We are looking for an applicant who
• Has an excellent working knowledge of carpentry, construction and the industry
• Has sound knowledge of building practice, specifically residential
• Is able to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Is able to understand written and verbal instructions
• Is able to manage staff, and work well with their supervisor and team
• Is self motivated and has high attention to detail
• Has experience in delivering high quality architectural building projects
• Has a good knowledge of Health & Safety
A current carpentry LPB license would be an advantage, a clean and valid Class 1 Drivers License.
If the above criteria fits, then we want to talk to you. We offer competitive hourly rates dependent on experience.
Applicants for this position will need to have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
